Membership Agreement
MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT (UPDATED MARCH 2025)
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the undersigned Member (“Member”) and Care Leaders Network (“CLN”), and outlines the terms and conditions of participation in paid CLN Membership.
1. Membership Benefits
As a CLN Member, you will receive the following benefits:
- Access to the Care Leaders Network WhatsApp Community
Engage with fellow care sector leaders in a private and moderated WhatsApp group designed for peer support, sharing insights, and professional discussion. - Invitations to CLN Socials
Receive exclusive invitations to CLN Socials — in-person and/or virtual networking events curated for Care Leaders to build relationships, exchange ideas, and collaborate. - Buyer Concierge Service
Request tailored introductions to vetted suppliers. CLN will assist in connecting Members to relevant providers based on individual business needs and preferences.
2. Our information
- We are CLN Community Limited, trading as Care Leaders Network (“CLN”), a company registered in England and Wales under the company registration number 13362003.

3. Membership Term & Fees
- Membership begins on the date of sign-up and is valid for the initial term of 12 months.
- Annual fees will be payable as one annual upfront payment for an initial 12-month period, with annual advance payments thereafter for each subsequent 12-month period (each, a “Renewal Period”). All amounts paid are non-refundable. Membership Fees must be paid via our designated third party payment processor (such as Stripe (https://stripe.com/gb) and will automatically be charged to you and/or payment automatically taken according to the relevant payment terms via such third party payment processor unless otherwise explicitly agreed by us.
- Membership Fees are subject to change with 30 days’ notice to Members.
- Failure to pay the membership fee may result in suspension or termination of access to Member benefits.
4. Member Obligations
- Maintain respectful and professional conduct within the WhatsApp Community and at CLN events.
- Do not share confidential or sensitive information outside the community.
- Use the Buyer Concierge service in good faith and for legitimate business purposes only.
- Refrain from unsolicited promotions or sales within the CLN WhatsApp group or at events unless expressly permitted.
- You may not use our trade marks, logos, or trade names unless you have express prior written consent to do so.
- In addition to our terms, you will be required to comply with other third party terms and conditions including WhatsApp, of which can be found at https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/terms-of-service-uk
5. Confidentiality & Privacy
CLN will handle all personal and business information shared through its services in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Members agree to respect the confidentiality of discussions and materials shared within the CLN community.
- Your privacy and personal information are important to us. Any personal information that you provide to us will be dealt with in line with our Privacy Policy available at www.careleadersnetwork.co.uk/page/privacy-policy, which explains what personal information we collect from you, how and why we collect, store, use and share such information, your rights in relation to your personal information and how to contact us and supervisory authorities in the event you have a query or complaint about the use of your personal information.
- If you are an attendee or presenter at one of our Events, we will use your email address or mobile number to provide you with the event details. We record some Events and all presenters, guests and panellists will have their image and audio captured in the recording. If you are a presenter, guest or panellist, you consent to us recording and publishing or otherwise using the recording for the purpose of the CLN Community.
- If you are an attendee or presenter at one of our Events, we may share your name, job title and the name of your affiliated organisation, company or other entity with other attendees at such Event, and you consent to us doing so.
- If you are an attendee at any of our Events:
- you will have the option of sharing your image and audio during the session. If you choose to do so, this will be captured in the recording;
- some Events will feature a Q&A session. If you choose to interact with the Q&A your comments may be published to others at the event and will also form part of the recording,
- and you consent to us recording and publishing or otherwise using the recording for the purpose of the CLN Community.
- We may publish some recorded Events on the CLN Community or to our social media pages so they are accessible to a wider audience.
6. Termination
- Members may cancel their membership at any time until the last 30 days contract term. Benefits will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle.
- Termination must be made by email to support@careleadersnetwork.co.uk.
- CLN reserves the right to terminate membership for breach of this Agreement, inappropriate conduct, or misuse of services, with or without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
CLN is not responsible for the outcomes of supplier introductions or for the conduct of any third party introduced via the Buyer Concierge, or otherwise. All decisions regarding suppliers and business dealings remain the responsibility of the Member.
9. Amendments
CLN may update this Agreement and its services from time to time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or posted notice.
